Rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. Rent is refunded if cancelled within 60 days of reserved [rental] period for monthly tenants or 21 days in advance of booking for weekly or weekend tenants. A 10% processing fee applies to all cancelled or changed reservations, which is non-refundable.
